News from BELT Training of Schaeffler Ghimbav

After a long session of BELT training we've had the pleasure of hearing a final feedback from Sunil Mahesh Mougalya, Plant Manager at Schaeffler Ghimbav.

The training covered the full BELT methodology — from foundational safety principles through to practical application on the factory floor. Participants came away with a clear understanding of how behavioural safety can be embedded into daily routines.

Sunil's feedback highlighted the immediate applicability of the tools introduced and the engagement of the cohort throughout the programme. Schaeffler Ghimbav is now moving forward with the next phase of BELT ambassador certification.
