First Training of Blue Belts Completed

Schaeffler Romania has celebrated a major success with the official ceremony for its new Blue BELT Ambassadors, marking a transformative moment in the company's safety journey.

The Blue Belt certification represents the first formal level in the BELT Ambassador pathway. Graduates have demonstrated both knowledge of the BELT system and the ability to lead safety conversations within their teams.

The ceremony was attended by plant leadership and marked the beginning of a new chapter for safety culture at Schaeffler Romania. The next cohort of Blue Belt candidates is already in preparation.
